2026 Pricing Guide
The invoice will reflect the day rate creative fee + retouching fees as outlined from this document.
To reserve a date or schedule a location scout, 50% of estimated fees must be paid in advance and is non-refundable.
No scouting or shooting will be undertaken without a deposit.
No travel fees apply for properties within the Nashville Metropolitan Area.

Projects are photographed with an editorial and design-focused approach intended for portfolios, publications, branding, and long-term marketing use.
CREATIVE FEES
01 FULL DAY
Up to 8 hours
~25 final edited images
Full day creative fee includes up to eight (8) hours on location to document the project across a range of lighting conditions.
Full day will include sunset + twilight (or sunrise - decided and dependent upon directional variations).

02 HALF DAY
Up to 4 hours
~12 final edited images
Half day creative fee includes up to four (4) hours on location to document the project across a range of lighting conditions.
Properties larger than 2,500 sq ft will be recommended a full day.

03 MULTI DAY / TRAVEL / DESTINATION
To be negotiated on scope of the project
Minimum 1 full day + travel fees
$ PROJECT BASED
*$350/per hour for any time exceeding the contracted amount of time booked.
ADDITIONAL IMAGE FEES
Additional images beyond included gallery:
$ 100 / PER IMAGE
Post-processing includes retouching, merging, color adjustments, straightening, basic beauty clean up, and includes standard usage license.
Extensive retouching, object removal, compositing, or requests beyond base post-processing may incur additional retouching fees depending on scope.
MULTI-PARTY LICENSING & COST SHARING
Commissions by multiple parties involved in a project are encouraged!
When multiple firms, contractors, designers, or brands wish to license imagery from the same project, an additional shared licensing fee of 25% per additional party will apply.
For example; if total photography fees come to $5,000 and two parties are interested in commissioning images and splitting the fees, the total would come to $6,250, which can be split between commissioning parties any way you choose. (50/50, 60/40, etc)
IMAGE LICENSING
For all projects, licensing for web purposes (your website portfolio, organic social media usage, email), collateral printed by your company, competition entry and award submission, and printed portfolio use is included.
Publicity use is billed on an individual basis (client or publication pays per-use) or a flat fee, equivalent to 25% of the creative fees, to purchase an unlimited publicity license that allows use advertising in blogs, magazines, etc that do not typically provide a budget for purchasing photographs.
